David Gross is a real estate and business attorney based in Oakland, California. David's practice focuses primarily on real estate matters, business contracts, and general business counseling. His real estate experience includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale contracts, commercial and residential leases, and resolving contract disputes. He also has experience counseling individuals and businesses on a wide range of business matters, including local, state and federal tax issues. His business law experience includes drafting and negotiating business contracts, including employment agreements, asset sale agreements, partnership and LLC operating agreements, and tenancy-in-common agreements.
David is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Property Law Section of the California Bar Association and the Alameda County Bar Association. A 2002 graduate of the UC Davis School of Law, David was Executive Editor of the UC Davis Law Review.
